Enjoying Our Great Community
Nothing is better than catching a baseball game on a July evening in Michigan! JHOC representatives had the priviledge of watching the West Michigan Whitecaps on 7/29. Although they lost the game, a great time was had by all. Sherry and Kelsey were especially corny.



The Results Are In!
27 - $750 grants were awarded to West Michigan schools through the 2009 ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program. All Mobil or Exxon branded J & H Oil operated locations and dealers applied for the grant on behalf of a local school, and most applications were approved. Checks will be presented to the approved schools in September.

Congratulations on Another Successful Season!
J & H Family Stores locations are proud to support many sports and academic programs in the communities that we serve. One of the leagues that we have been involved with for 6 years is Northern Little League in Northeast Grand Rapids. Our Plainfield Marathon location is proud of its affiliation with NLL, and we wish all players, coaches, and staff a fun and successful season.


Community Kick-Back Programs
J & H Family Stores locations thrive because of the loyal customers that live or work in the communities where they are located. Therefore, we, as a company, are obligated to give back to the communites that support us. That is why we designed the community kick-back program. Every month, we will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of a selected product to a locally-based charity. In March, the sale of Duracell batteries supported St. John's Home. In June, sales of Hershey products will support the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan. Details about future products and charities will be posted to our site soon!
