How
To Enter: Hansen Beverage Company (“Hansens”)
is offering the “Win a an Ipad2” Sweepstakes and will award (1) prize via a
random drawing of valid entries. During the promotional period beginning 1/1/2012 through 4/1/2012, complete and mail in the online
registration blank or mail a 3X5 index card with your name, address, phone
number, email address and birth date. Mechanical reproductions will not be
accepted.
Prizes:
(1) prize to be
awarded. 1st Prize: (1) Apple
Ipad2, ARV: $499.00. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of
valid entries received within the designated promotional period. All prizes
will be awarded.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the
(50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or
older. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers, representatives and members
of the immediate families of “Hansen,” and affiliated companies, participating
promotional partners, J&H Oil, distributors, advertising and promotion
agencies and any company involved in the design, execution or production of the
promotion are not eligible.
General:
Potential winner will be
determined via a random drawing from all valid entries received within 3 days
of end of promotional period. Potential winners will be notified by email
and/or phone within 5 days of drawing.
If the potential winner fails to respond within 5 days of first
notification, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly
drawn. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will
be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly drawn.
Liability
Release: By entering the “Win an Ipad2”
Sweepstakes, participants agree that “Hansens,” their parent and affiliated
companies, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, retailers,
distributors and representatives of sponsor affiliates are indemnified,
released and will be held harmless by participants from any and all liability,
for any damages, injuries or losses of any kind to person(s), including death,
or property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession,
misuse or use of the prize. Winners will
be required to sign a liability/release waiver prior to fulfillment of any/all
prizes.
There is no cash alternative; prizes are not
transferable. In the event a winner cannot accept a prize, an alternate winner
will be randomly drawn. “Hansens” reserves the right to substitute an item of
equal or greater value.
Disputes: Sweepstakes is governed by, and will be
construed in accordance with, the laws
of the state of California if not resolved through direct discussions, any
claim shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration with an experienced
arbitrator licensed to practice law in California forum and venue for any arbitration
proceedings will be in Orange County, California the remedy for any claim shall
be subject to all limitations and Releases set forth in these rules, be limited
to actual out of pocket damages, and shall not, in any event, include any
punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, attorney's fees or
costs of bringing a claim, or any injunctive or other equitable relief.
